Wedding Consultants are professionals who help a couple discover, implement and manage all the necessary requirements for a successful wedding.
As your Consultant I will take on many roles. I can be your advisor, coordinator, supervisor, mediator and financial planner, or whatever else you may need.

Consultations
ideal for those couples seeking ideas for venues, photographers, invitations, florists etc/ We can outline your options at a meeting that will send you on your way to planning your event.
Down to the last ¼ Planning
you
have all the major players booked and now you need to ensure everything goes as you have planned.
Includes:
- 3 meetings with the couple (including one meeting at the reception venue)
- prepare wedding day schedule for vendors & bridal party
- reconfirm with all vendors wedding day arrangements
- etiquette guide lines & tips
- direct rehearsal, ceremony & reception
- distribute final vendor payments
- oversee all vendor arrivals & deliveries
Complete Planning
Complete planning & co-ordination of wedding
in addition to the last ¼ planning as outline above, Complete Planning Includes:
- initial consultation with couple
- unlimited consultations and advise
- preparing a customized budget
- preparing a schedule/timeline and checklists
- assisting with selection & booking of the following:
- ceremony site
- reception venue
- officiant
- wedding attire & accessories (bride, groom and party)
- invitations & accessory items
- cake
- caterer
- florist
- hotel accommodations
- photographer
- musicians
- transportation
- videographer
- assisting with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of wedding
- assisting and/or supplying design arrangements and the printing and mailing of invitations
- tracking RSVP's and who will be attending
- reviewing vendor contracts, payments & coordinating with vendors
